Ok the only reason y i started my blog again is only because ihave nothin g to do.
Alighty this is my daily reutine.
- wake up around 10-12
- watch TV till 6
- eat dinner
- sleep
- repet no.1
ya thats about it.
And im so bored that sometimes i body build like for 1h. yesterday i did 50 clap push ups. And 100 sit ups. My right arm hurt so bd i could not use it at all seriously. Like after the work out i could not do even 1 push up,and i could not even push up anything,also i could not lift anything. Up till today i still feel the pain but the end result is going to look great. Okay nothing to say any more. kk till next time
